Brands within BLK Group are operated by separate legal entities. Regulated financial services are provided only by the licensed entity concerned, under its own licence and terms. Certain group brands and the regulated entities delivering services under them are related parties by virtue of common ultimate beneficial ownership; ownership interests differ between entities, and the contracting entity and its regulatory status are disclosed to every client before onboarding. Technology and advisory entities within the group do not provide regulated financial services, execute transactions or hold client funds.
